Crab Butter

Serve 4


Ingredients

100gm Cream Cheese (room temp)
85gm Butter (room temp)
1/2 tablespoon minced Onion
1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Mayonaisse
100gm crabmeat, drained


Preparation Method

Cut the Cream Cheese and Butter into chunks and microwave for about 2 minutes on a med/high setting until smooth.

Remove from microwave and mix in the remaining ingredients (at this stage the mixture will be liquid) and refrigerate overnight.

Mix well before serving – great with crackers or as a cold addition with a salad or fish dish.
